Questions
What kind of tools can you build?
Mostly things that save a creator time or money: trackers, calculators, dashboards, automations, simple bots, pages and small web apps. If it needs data from Instagram, YouTube or another platform, we check that platform's rules first and tell you what is and is not allowed.
How much does a custom tool cost?
It depends on the tool. Before any work starts, you get a clear answer on whether we can build it, how long it takes and what it costs. Some requests turn out to be useful for many creators, and those can become free features of Neroex instead.
How long until I hear back?
Within 3 working days. A person on the team reads every request and replies on the email or WhatsApp number you give.
Do I need a Neroex page?
No. Any creator can send a request.
Who owns the tool once it is built?
We agree that before the build starts, in writing, as part of planning it together.
